During the tough and challenging times of 2020, Turner Process Equipment have been able to remain open to ensure our clients, customers and end users have access to spare parts, consumables, after sales service and essential technical support.
Since the UK lockdown restrictions were eased in early summer, all UK staff have now returned to work at our business premises in Colchester, Essex.
Spare parts and accessories for the range of Turner-manufactured machines are maintained and stocked at our Colchester office or at the Suffolk-based Wickham Market manufacturing site.
Spare sets of screens for sieve units and cleaners are made to order, with timber, aluminium, and stainless screen frames are available. Turner Process Equipment endeavour to maintain a stock of the most frequently used perforation sizes, although the manufacturing lead-time for screens can be subject to wire mesh availability.
Spare parts for the range of equipment supplied by our business partners Amandus Kahl and Schule are processed through Turner’s UK office, but are shipped directly to customers from Reinbek in Germany.
